MEMORANDUM.
Defendants appeal as of right from a final judgment ordering defendants to pay in full plaintiff’s
customary charges for services provided under the no-fault act. We affirm.
This case is factually and legally similar to our earlier decision in Munson Medical Center v
Auto Club Ins Ass’n, 218 Mich App 375; 554 NW2d 49 (1996), and we adopt the rationale from
that opinion as our own in resolving this matter.
Affirmed.
