DUDERSTADT, UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN
MEDICAL CENTER & HOSPITAL, AND JOHN D.
FORSYTH,
Defendants-Appellees.
Before: White, P.J., and Griffin and D. C. Kolenda*, JJ.
PER CURIAM.
In this case of alleged handicap discrimination, plaintiff appeals as of right an order granting
summary disposition in defendants’ favor pursuant to MCR 2.116 (C)(10). We affirm.
Assuming, without deciding, that plaintiff qualifies under the Handicappers’ Civil Rights Act,
MCL 37.1101 et seq.; MSA 3.550(101) et seq., we agree with and hereby adopt that portion of the
circuit court’s well-reasoned opinion that concludes that there exists no genuine issue of material fact
regarding the fulfillment of defendants’ duty of accommodation.
Affirmed.
