Stanley and the response filed thereto by the Attorney Grievance Commission consenting to the reinstatement in the ab ove captioned case, it is this 9 th day of March, 2005 ORDERED, the Court of Appeals of Maryland, that the petition be, and it is hereby, GRAN TED, and the petitioner, D enise R. Sta nley, is reinstated to the practice of law in this State, and it is further ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court shall replace the name of Denise R. Stanley upon th e register of attorneys entitled to practic e law in this State and certify that fact to the Trustees of th e Client Protectio n Fund and the C lerks of all judicial tribu nals in this State. /s/Robert M.
