ERRATA SHEET The opinion of this Court certified on April 21, 2016, is amended as follows: Footnote two of [¶4] is changed to read: This provision was modified in 2015 to allow individuals with a permit to carry a concealed weapon who are twenty-one years of age or older and not otherwise prohibited from possessing a firearm to possess the a “loaded weapon pistol or revolver” specified in the permit in a motor vehicle without the necessity of a permit. 12 M.R.S. § 11212(1)(B) (2015). The modification does not affect this appeal. The original opinion on the Judicial Branch website has been replaced with the opinion as corrected.
