The last sentence of paragraph 49 is amended to move the comma after the first and to before the first and: Roxanne moved for a new trial on the grounds that (1) the court erred in denying her request for a third competency hearing because she was demonstrating an active psychotic disorder, which constituted a bona fide doubt regarding her competency, and, (2) . . . . 2.
