ORDER The appellants, National Collegiate Student Loan Trust 2003-1, National Collegiate Student Loan Trust 2004-2, National Collegiate Student Loan Trust 2006-1, National Collegiate Student Loan Trust 2006-3, National Collegiate Student Loan Trust 2007-4, appeal the trial court's judgment dated May 3, 2023, granting peremptory exceptions raising the objections of no right of action and no cause of action. The judgment lacks decretal language expressly indicating the effects of the judgment. The judgment also lacks decretal language indicating the name of the party(ies) in whose favor the relief was awarded, and the name of the party(ies) against whom the relief was awarded.
