CANNON Before COX, HUNTER, and ELLENDER, JJ. ORDER The defendant, Richard E. Cannon, has appealed his convictions and sentences. The appeal record lodged with this Court on November 28, 2023. Accordingly, this matter is hereby remanded for a determination as to the defendant's representation.
