Counsel has further moved to withdraw as counsel of record for the defendant. The motion to withdraw is held in abeyance, and the pro se brief deadline previously fixed is hereby maintained. The defendant has already been notified of the pro se briefing deadline; in accordance with that notice, the defendant’s pro se brief is due on November 27, 2023.
