Barron Counsel for: State of Louisiana Robert Stephen Tew Before PITMAN, STEPHENS, and MARCOTTE, JJ. WRIT DENIED. Applicant, Keith Barron, complains that the trial court has failed to comply with this Court’s July 6, 2023, order directing the trial court to rule on his “Notice to Court of Vindictive Prosecution Resulting in Non-unanimous Jury Verdict,” filed in March 2023.
