WRIT DENIED. Defendants, Trejo’s Princeton, LLC, Juan Monzon, and State Farm Mutual Automobile Ins. Co., seek review of the denial of their motion for summary judgment seeking dismissal of the plaintiffs’ wrongful death and survival action with prejudice. After a de novo review of the affidavits, depositions and other evidence submitted by the defendants in support of the motion and in opposition to the motion by the plaintiffs, we find that exercise of this Court’s supervisory jurisdiction is not warranted. Herlitz Construction Co. v. Hotel Investors of New Iberia, Inc., 396 So. 2d 878 (La. 1981). This writ is denied on the showing made.
