C.Cr.P. Art. 878. Lest we forget, Coleman will serve the balance of his life imprisoned for selling “bunk” [sic] cocaine. In any reasonable state this offense would merely constitute fraud. Thus, I respectfully dissent on the issue of the excessive sentence.
