IN THE COURT OF APPEALS OF IOWA No. 2-1178 / 12-2076 Filed January 24, 2013 IN THE INTEREST OF B.R.S., Minor Child, C.M., Mother, Appellant, B.S., Father, Appellant. ________________________________________________________________ Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Jackson County, Phillip J. Tabor, District Associate Judge. A mother appeals the order terminating her parental rights. AFFIRMED. John L. Kies of Kies Law Firm, Bellevue, for appellant mother. Victoria Noel, Maquoketa, for appellant father. Thomas J. Miller, Attorney General, Kathrine Miller-Todd, Assistant Attorney General, Chris Raker, County Attorney, and Sara Davenport, Assistant County Attorney, for appellee-State. Mark R. Lawson of Mark R. Lawson, P.C., Maquoketa, for minor child. Considered by Doyle, P.J., and Mullins and Bower, JJ. Tabor, J., takes no part. 2 BOWER, J. A mother appeals the termination of her parental rights to her child. 1 She contends the State failed to prove the grounds for termination by clear and convincing evidence. However, on appeal the mother only addresses one of the five sections under which the juvenile court terminated her parental rights Iowa Code section 232.116(1)(h) (2011). We need only find grounds to terminate under one of these sections to affirm. See In re S.R., 600 N.W.2d 63, 64 (Iowa 1999). Because the mother failed to appeal the termination of her parental rights under sections 232.116(1)(b), (d), (e), or (l), we affirm the termination on those grounds. See Iowa R. App. P. 6.903(2)(g)(3). AFFIRMED. 1 The father separately appealed the termination of his parental rights. However, his brief was not timely submitted and his appeal was dismissed prior to transfer to this court.
