PER CURIAM.
William Hannan’s conviction for second-degree sexual abuse was affirmed
by this court on direct appeal. State v. Hannan, No. 9-312 (Iowa Ct. App. July
23, 1999). He now appeals from the subsequent denial of his application for
postconviction relief.
We agree that Hannan is not entitled to postconviction
relief and therefore affirm without further opinion pursuant to Iowa Rule of
Appellate Procedure 6.24(1) and (4).
AFFIRMED.
