IN THE COURT OF APPEALS OF IOWA No. 6-780 / 05-1993 Filed November 16, 2006 IN RE THE MARRIAGE OF LISA ANN EYER AND KEITH EYER Upon the Petition of LISA ANN EYER n/k/a LISA ANN BURTON, Petitioner-Appellee, And Concerning KEITH EYER, Respondent-Appellant. ________________________________________________________________ Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Monona County, Duane E. Hoffmeyer, Judge. The respondent appeals from the district court’s order denying a petition to modify the parties’ dissolution decree. AFFIRMED. John S. Moeller of O'Brien, Galvin & Moeller, Sioux City, for appellant. Teresa A. O'Brien, Sioux City, for appellee. Considered by Vogel, P.J., and Miller and Eisenhauer, JJ. 2 VOGEL, P.J. Keith Eyer appeals from the district court’s order that denied his petition to modify the physical care provisions of the parties’ dissolution decree. The modification action sought to change physical care of the parties’ three children from joint physical care with Lisa and Keith to sole physical care to Keith. The district court, after considering the appropriate factors and burden of proof, ruled that the joint physical care arrangement should not be disturbed. Upon our de novo review of the record, we find no reason to depart from the district court’s findings of fact, conclusions of law, or ultimate ruling. Therefore, we affirm. See Iowa R. App. P. 6.4, 6.24. AFFIRMED.
