The plaintiff appeals from the ruling granting summary judgment and
dismissing his claims for unreasonable search and seizure and false arrest and
imprisonment. AFFIRMED.

Nathan Graham appeals from the ruling granting summary judgment and
dismissing his claims against Darlene Yockey for unreasonable search and
seizure and false arrest and imprisonment. Upon our review of the record and
the arguments of the parties asserted on appeal, we affirm without opinion
pursuant to Iowa Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.24(1) and (4).
