(ODC 01-165-6909) ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION (By: Moon, C.J., Levinson, Nakayama, Acoba, and Duffy, JJ.) Upon consideration of the Respondent Alex M. Sonson s Motion For Reconsideration of the Order Of Suspension Filed December 20, 2004, made pursuant to Rule 40 of the Hawai#i Rules of Appellate Procedure, and the record, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration is granted in part. Respondent Sonson shall file evidence that he has enrolled in the next mandatory professionalism course scheduled for May 21, 2005 with his petition for reinstatement. Respondent Sonson shall thereafter submit, within five days after the course is given, evidence that he completed the May 21, 2005 mandatory professionalism course. Failure to file such evidence will result in suspension until such time as satisfactory evidence of completion of the course is submitted.
