Upon consideration of the application for writ of certiorari filed by Defendant-Appellant Angel Inoue and the record, it appears (1) the Intermediate Court of Appeals filed its summary disposition order and an order amending the summary disposition order on May 14, 2002, (2) Defendant-Appellant Angel Inoue filed his application for writ of certiorari on June 14, 2002, and (3) the application is untimely and we lack jurisdiction to consideration.
