NO. 23137 IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF HAWAI#I STATE OF HAWAI#I, Plaintiff-Appellee vs. TERRY M. TURNER, Defendant-Appellant APPEAL FROM THE FIRST CIRCUIT COURT (CR. NO. 98-1231) ORDER OF CORRECTION (By: Nakayama, J.) Upon review of the summary disposition order filed on August 12, 2002, it appears that there is an error in reference to the presiding judge. The presiding judge in this matter was the Honorable Wilfred K. Watanabe. Therefore, the summary disposition order should read: Defendant-appellant Terry M. Turner appeals from the January 12, 2000 judgment of conviction and probation of the first circuit court, the Honorable Wilfred K. Watanabe presiding, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original summary disposition order. DATED: Honolulu, Hawai#i, September 6, 2002. Associate Justice
