In the above-entitled appeal, the opinion of the court, filed May 23, 2002, is hereby amended as follows: At page 32, line 9 from the bottom, the word "Makai" is deleted and replaced with the word "Mauka" so that line 9 from the bottom of page 32 reads: substantially from their activities within the Mauka Disputed The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
