The Florida Bar's Motion to Correct Scrivener's errors is hereby granted. The Florida Bar's Motion for Reconsideration is hereby denied; however, the opinion dated November 2, 2006, is withdrawn and the revised opinion dated December 20, 2007, is substituted in its place.
