FLORIDA SUPREME COURT NOTICE OF CORRECTION DATE: NOVEMBER 2, 2005 CASE OF: IN RE: AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA PROBATE RULES (TWO YEAR CYCLE) DOCKET NO.: SC05-147 OPINION FILED: SEPTEMBER 29, 2005 ATTENTION: ALL PUBLISHERS THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE IN THE ABOVE OPINION: 1. On page 22 in the appendix, in the first line of subdivision (a) of rule 5.241, the strike-through line has been brought forward to include the A in the word After. 2. On page 28 in the appendix, in subdivision (h) of rule 5.345, underlining has been added to the letter designation of subdivision (h) to indicate that it is new material. 3. In rule 5.496, which is now found on page 72 in the appendix, in the fourth line of subdivision (a), underlining has been added to the words or amendment to indicate that they are new material.
