ADVISORY OPINION TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
RE: ADDITIONAL HOMESTEAD TAX EXEMPTION ___________________________________________________________________ The Attorney General has asked the Court for an advisory opinion as to whether the financial impact statement prepared by the Financial Impact Estimating Conference on the constitutional amendment, proposed by initiative petition, entitled "Additional Homestead Tax Exemption" is in accordance with section 100.371, Florida Statutes. Because this proposed amendment has been stricken from the ballot pursuant to the Court's opinion in Advisory Opinion to the Attorney General re Additional Homestead Tax Exemption, No. SC04-942, slip op. at 18 (Fla. July 15, 2004), the instant proceeding is hereby dismissed as moot. No motion for rehearing will be allowed. PARIENTE, C.J., and WELLS, ANSTEAD, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.
