It is further ORDERED that this Court’s orders of October 7, 2022, November 8, 2022, December 14, 2022, January 13, 2023, February 17, 2023, March 8, 2023, July 12, 2023, August 22, 2023, and September 6, 2023, are withdrawn insofar as they order or allow Appellant to file a pro se brief.
