IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA FIFTH DISTRICT RONNIE MANNING, Appellant, v. Case No. 5D19-1418 STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee. ________________________________/ Opinion filed December 6, 2019 3.850 Appeal from the Circuit Court for Orange County, Jenifer M. Harris, Judge. Ronnie Manning, Lake City, pro se. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Carmen F. Corrente, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee. PER CURIAM. This Court previously affirmed the trial court’s order denying Appellant’s motion for postconviction relief in Orange County Circuit Court Case No. 2011-CF-010522-A-O. See § 944.279(1), Fla. Stat. (2019); State v. Spencer, 751 So. 2d 47 (Fla. 1999). COHEN, LAMBERT and EISNAUGLE, JJ., concur. 2
