Brevard Land Materials, Inc., appeals a non-final order granting a temporary injunction in favor of Boruch-David, LLC. The trial court s order is well within its broad equitable powers and, in substance, merely modifies an earlier entered temporary injunction. We find no error and affirm. AFFIRMED. GRIFFIN, ORFINGER and BERGER, JJ., concur.
