ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE 6 / 7 8 This action was opened on July 26, 2012, when a letter sent by 9 Plaintiff to Judge Thelton Henderson was construed as an attempt by United States District Court For the Northern District of California 10 11 Plaintiff to file a civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On the same day the action was opened, the Clerk of the Court 12 sent a notice to Plaintiff, informing him that he must file his 13 claims on a civil rights complaint form. 14 Plaintiff a notice informing him that his case could not go forward 15 until he paid the filing fee or filed a completed prisoner’s in 16 forma pauperis (IFP) application. 17 civil rights complaint form as well as a blank IFP application and 18 told him that he must submit these documents within thirty days or 19 his action would be dismissed. 20 The Clerk also sent The Clerk sent Plaintiff a blank More than thirty days have passed and Plaintiff has not filed 21 the necessary documents. 22 WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
