After full consideration, and good cause appearing, Defendants’ motion for extension of time is

GRANTED.

Plaintiff shall file his opposition within sixty days of Defendants’ filing of their dispositive
motion. Defendants shall file a reply within thirty days of Plaintiff’s opposition.
