HICKS, III, 9 Plaintiff, v. 11 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 No. C-12-4083 EMC (pr) STERLING GEESAMAN, et al., 12 ORDER OF TRANSFER Defendants. ___________________________________/ 13 14 Harold B. Hicks, III, an inmate at the Weld County Jail in Greeley, Colorado, filed this pro 15 se civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, complaining of events and omissions that occurred at 16 that jail. The jail is located within the venue of the District of Colorado. The Defendants work at 17 that jail, and apparently reside in the District of Colorado.
