Plaintiff filed an in forma pauperis application; 20 however, it is incorrect. Plaintiff has not paid the $350.00 filing fee. 21 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 22 Within forty-five (45) days of the date of service of this order, Plaintiff shall 23 submit the attached application to proceed in forma pauperis, completed and 24 signed, or in the alternative, pay the $350.00 filing fee for this action. No 25 requests for extension will be granted without a showing of good cause. 26 Within sixty (60) days of the date of service of this Order, Plaintiff shall submit a 27 certified copy of his/her prison trust statement for the six month period 28 immediately preceding the filing of the Complaint. -1- 1 2 3 /// Failure to comply with this order will result in dismissal of this action.
