The Court directed Mr. Burton to address whether the Government's requests to retain and use BR metadata after November 28, 2015, in the manner described in its application in this docket, are precluded by section 103 of the USA FREEDOM Act or any other provision of that Act. Mr. Burton is hereby directed to file his brief by 5:00 p.m. on October 29, 2015. The government may file a response no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 6, 2015.
