Boggs, United States Circuit Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, sitting by designation. because River Glider has failed to present any evidence that the HOA expressly allocated the homeowners’ partial payments to any specific portion of its lien, and thus has failed to establish a genuine dispute of material fact. See Fed. Home Loan Mortg. Corp. v. SFR Invs. Pool 1, LLC, 893 F.3d 1136, 1144 (9th Cir. 2018) (setting forth summary judgment standard). AFFIRMED. 2
