Joel Alexis Romero-Giron appeals from the district court s judgment and challenges his jury-trial conviction and 51-month sentence for reentry after deportation, in violation of 8 U.S.C. ยง 1326. Pursuant to Anders v. Ohio, 488 U.S. 75, 80 (1988), discloses no arguable grounds for relief on direct appeal. Counsel s motion to withdraw is GRANTED. Romero-Giron s pro se motion for appointment of new counsel is DENIED. The government s motion to allow late filing of the Anders letter is GRANTED. AFFIRMED. 2 13-10162
