PER CURIAM: Edith C. Peterson seeks to appeal the district court s order affirming the magistrate judge s order that Peterson, a non-attorney, retain counsel to represent ECP Trust. This court may 28 exercise jurisdiction only over final orders, U.S.C. § 1291 (2006), and certain interlocutory and collateral orders, 28 U.S.C. § 1292 (2006); Fed. R. Civ.
