We have Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Green v. Philip Morris, No. 2:03-cv-00157-RGD (E.D. Va. June 18, 2007). We deny Green s motion to appoint counsel and to interduct evidence. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED - 2 -
