The Little Sisters of the Poor Saints Peter and Paul Home and the President of the United States filed petitions for writ of certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court, which were granted. On July 8, 2020, the Supreme Court reversed the judgment of this Court and remanded for further proceedings. On consideration whereof, it is now hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the judgement of the District Court is reversed and the matter is remanded to the District Court for further proceedings.
