Defendant - Appellee. _________________________________ ORDER AND JUDGMENT * _________________________________ Before MATHESON, BACHARACH, and PHILLIPS, Circuit Judges. _________________________________ This matter is before us on Defendant-Appellee’s Unopposed Motion for Remand for Further Administrative Proceedings Pursuant to Sentence Four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). The motion states that the Social Security Administration’s Appeals Council has further reviewed this case and determined that a remand for additional proceedings and the issuance of a new decision is appropriate. This order and judgment is not binding precedent, except under the doctrines of law of the case, res judicata, and collateral estoppel. It may be cited, however, for its persuasive value consistent with Fed. R. App. P. 32.1 and 10th Cir. R. 32.1. * Appellate Case: 23-1081 Document: 010110841469 Date Filed: 04/11/2023 Page: 2 Upon careful consideration, the motion is GRANTED.
