Patrick Mitchell Hall, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, Defendant-appellee, 7 F.3d 223 (4th Cir. 1993)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 7 F.3d 223 (4th Cir. 1993) Submitted: August 20, 1993. Decided: September 10, 1993

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Norfolk. Robert E. Payne, District Judge. (CA-93-249-2)

Patrick Mitchell Hall, Appellant Pro Se.

E.D. Va.

AFFIRMED.

Before WILKINS and LUTTIG, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

OPINION

PER CURIAM:

Patrick Mitchell Hall appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court.*  Hall v. Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, No. CA-93-249-2 (E.D. Va. Mar. 29, 1993). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED

 *

The district court's ruling does not preclude the filing of another § 1983 complaint naming the proper defendant
