MEMORANDUM**
Frederick W. Everts, an Oregon state prisoner, appeals pro se the district court's 28 U.S.C. § 1915(d) dismissal without prejudice of his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action challenging the termination of his treatment at the Oregon State Hospital and consequent revocation of his probation.
We review for abuse of discretion a district court's dismissal prior to service of process. Denton v. Hernandez, 504 U.S. 25, 33 (1992). We affirm the for the reasons set forth by the district court in its November 8, 1994 order dismissing the complaint.
