MEMORANDUM** 

Oregon state prisoner Miguel LaWayne Taylor appeals pro se the district court's dismissal of his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action as time barred. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We review de novo, Percy v. San Francisco General Hosp., 841 F.2d 975, 978 (9th Cir. 1988), and we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court.
