MEMORANDUM** 

Miguel Barrenechea appeals pro se the district court's order: (1) denying his motion for appointment of counsel; (2) denying his motion for reconsideration of the district court's September 1, 1993 order dismissing unamended claims; and (3) granting the defendants' motions for summary judgment. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We affirm for the reasons stated in the district court's order filed on May 12, 1994.
