MEMORANDUM**
Martin Allen Johnson appeals pro se the district court's denial of his third motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and affirm for the reasons set forth in the district court's opinion, which fully and fairly addressed all the arguments raised in this appeal.
