OPINION

PER CURIAM:

Paul Martin appeals an order of the district court granting summary judgment to the defendants, his former employer and former union representative, in this action under 29 U.S.C. § 185 for breach of a collective bargaining agreement. We have considered the briefs and arguments of the parties, and we affirm the judgment of the district court for the reasons stated by that court in its memorandum opinion. Martin v. Martin Marietta Corp., et al., No. S 92-2696 (D. Md., April 19, 1993).

AFFIRMED
