MEMORANDUM*
Sergio Alfonso Piedra-Castro appeals from the revocation of his supervised release following his conviction for illegal re-entry after deportation subsequent to a felony convicition, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a). Piedro's counsel has filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S. Ct. 1396, 18 L. Ed. 2d 493 (1967), stating that there are no arguable issues for review, and seeking to withdraw as counsel of record. Piedra-Castro has not filed a pro se supplemental brief.
We have reviewed the record and find that there are no arguable issues for review. Accordingly, counsel's motion to withdraw is granted and the district court's judgment is affirmed.
AFFIRMED.
