Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit - 133 F.3d 922 (8th Cir. 1997)

Notice: Eighth Circuit Rule 28a(k) Governs Citation of Unpublished Opinions and Provides That They Are Not Precedent and Generally Should Not Be Cited Unless Relevant to Establishing the Doctrines of Res Judicata, Collateral Estoppel, the Law of the Case, or if the Opinion Has Persuasive Value on a Material Issue and No Published Opinion Would Serve As Well.

Appeal From the United States District Court for District of Nebraska.

Submitted Dec. 11, 1997. Filed Dec. 22, 1997

Before McMILLIAN, BEAM, and MORRIS SHEPPARD ARNOLD, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM.

Linda Marie Jones appeals from the district court's1 dismissal of her complaint. After reviewing the record and the parties' briefs, we conclude that the judgment of the district court was correct, and that an extended opinion would have no precedential value. Accordingly, we affirm. See 8th Cir. R. 47B.
