U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit - 127 F.3d 1107 (9th Cir. 1997) Submitted Oct. 20, 1997. **Decided Oct. 24, 1997

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Oregon Ancer L. Haggerty, District Judge, Presiding

Before: THOMPSON, T.G. NELSON and KLEINFELD, Circuit Judges.

MEMORANDUM*

Francisco Rangel-Navarro appeals his conviction and sentence for illegal reentry after deportation for an aggravated felony. His counsel submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Our independent review of the record discloses no issues for review. Accordingly, we grant counsel's motion to withdraw and affirm the district court's judgment.

AFFIRMED.
