ORDER** 

Michael Portley pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) (1) and Sec. 846. He was sentenced under the Guidelines to 91 months imprisonment. His counsel filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), suggesting that there are no appealable issue presented and requesting to withdraw from the case.

We have conducted an independent review of the plea taking and sentencing transcripts and agree there are no appealable issues. We therefore affirm the conviction and sentence, and grant counsel's request to withdraw.

AFFIRMED.
