MEMORANDUM*
We affirm the judgment for the reasons stated in the district court's oral ruling on June 1, 1988, granting the motion for a directed verdict, except that we express no opinion on the question whether Butler-Johnson has standing to bring this antitrust action.
AFFIRMED.
