U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit - 921 F.2d 276 (6th Cir. 1990)

Dec. 19, 1990

Before BOYCE F. MARTIN, JR. and NATHANIEL R. JONES, Circuit Judges, and EDGAR, District Judge.*

PER CURIAM.

C. Pepper Moore appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment for the defendants, dismissing his civil rights action filed under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. We have read the report of the magistrate. We adopt that report as our opinion. Finding no error in the application of fact or law, we affirm the district court's grant of summary judgment.
