William Michael BROWN, Plaintiff-Appellant,v.UNITED STATES of America, Defendant-Appellee.

No. 90-35179.

United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Submitted Dec. 7, 1990.* Decided Dec. 11, 1990.

Before GOODWIN, EUGENE A. WRIGHT and NOONAN, Circuit Judges.

MEMORANDUM**

William Michael Brown appeals from the district court's denial of his motion to return property seized by the government during a criminal investigation. Pending this appeal, the government has completed its investigation, and a grand jury has indicted Brown for possessing and distributing cocaine, using a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime, and evading currency reporting requirements. The district court's interlocutory order is not final, and we lack jurisdiction over this appeal.

DISMISSED.
