Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 918 F.2d 174 (4th Cir. 1990) Submitted Oct. 29, 1990. Decided Nov. 19, 1990

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, at Charlotte. James B. McMillan, Senior District Judge. (CA-90-285-C-C-M)

Isadore Perry, appellant pro se.

W.D.N.C.

AFFIRMED.

Before WIDENER, PHILLIPS and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Isadore Perry appeals from the district court's order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Perry v. United States Parole Comm'n, CA-90-285-C-C-M (W.D.N.C. Aug. 30, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
